Welcome to the documentation for the Compliance Module. This module provides you with a powerful tool to manage agreements with selected texts and give permissions for user accounts based on their agreement status. With the Compliance Module, you can easily centralize all your agreements and automate processes based on them.
The Compliance Module is designed to help you ensure that your organization is meeting all regulatory and legal requirements related to agreements. By using this module, you can streamline the management of agreements and ensure that all users are aware of their obligations and responsibilities.
One of the key features of the Compliance Module is its ability to allow you to define custom agreement types and associate specific texts with each type. This allows you to easily manage a variety of agreements, including terms of service, privacy policies, and other legal agreements.
In addition, the Compliance Module allows you to set up rules and logic based on agreement status. This means that you can automate processes such as granting access to certain features or functionalities only to users who have agreed to specific terms.
We hope this documentation provides you with a comprehensive overview of the Compliance Module and its capabilities. Whether you are a compliance officer, legal professional, or IT administrator, this module can help you to centralize your agreements and automate your compliance processes.
The data flow for the Compliance Module begins with a new request being created for a user. This request triggers an email notification to be sent to the user with a link to an external application outside of the internal network. This external application provides the user with the agreement text and prompts them to agree or disagree with the terms.
If the user agrees to the terms, this triggers a series of actions within the IdM. The user's agreement status is updated in the system, and their account permissions may be changed to reflect their new agreement status. These changes may occur even if the user does not have direct access to the IdM or the internal network, as the Compliance Module is designed to handle external agreement requests.
The Compliance Module's ability to handle external requests and automate processes based on agreement status allows for a more streamlined compliance process, even for users who may not have direct access to the internal network.
