CzechIdM offers a mechanism for working with user tasks. User tasks are mainly used in workflows that rely on a user's decision or, in general terms, user's input, i.e User role change approval workflow. Tasks usually require implementers - identities that are to resolve a particular task - typically Accept or Reject it.

When a user task is created, the implementer is usually notified about his/her new task by email notification. The email message also contains a URL that brings the user instantly to the CzechIdM task detail, so they can easily resolve it.
